Ichoho withdraws court case against KTDA

David Muni Ichoho, the immediate former KTDA Chairman, has withdrawn a suit he had filed in the Judicial Review Division of the High Court in Nairobi challenging an alleged ouster as Chairman of the organization.

A Notice of Withdrawal filed on his behalf by his lawyers in the court yesterday, Monday, July 24, 2023, read: “Take notice that the Applicant herein hereby gives notice and wholly withdraws the suit against the Respondents herein.”

Ichoho had enjoined KTDA Holdings Board members, company secretary, and CEO in a suit alleging to having been coerced to resign as the board chairman to pave way for changes in the leadership of the organization.

The withdrawal of the suit comes a week after KTDA announced the appointment of Enos Njiru Njeru as its national chairman effective Monday, July 17, 2023 following the resignation of David Ichoho.
