Sale 32 of the 2024/2025 season was held at Nairobi Coffee Exchange on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. The auction achieved strong results, with a total of 3,626 bags representing 224,947 kg of coffee sold for a total value of $1,468,365.74 (Ksh 189 million).
The highest price for the sale was $393 per bag (Ksh 139 per kg of cherry), achieved by 9 bags of grade AA from MENU FCS CODE XDA 13F01 from Bungoma County.
Grade AB dominated the auction by volume, contributing 1,666 bags (101,899 kg) worth $703,288.16, representing approximately 45% of the total weight sold.

The overall market performance showed healthy demand across all grades, with an average price of $326 per 50kg bag (Ksh 129 per kg of cherry).
Premium grades AA and AB performed exceptionally well, with AA achieving the highest maximum price and AB demonstrating the strongest market participation. Lower grades such as UG2 and ML traded at more modest prices, averaging $210.30 and $174.60, respectively.
The price range across all grades varied significantly, from a minimum of $163.00 to a maximum of $393.00, reflecting the quality differentiation and market dynamics typical of the Kenyan coffee auction system.
